QuickHealth Urgent Pass Memberships

QuickHealth Urgent Pass Membership is a $49 monthly membership that allows you to have access to a provider when you need one at a very affordable cost. We understand that the cost of health expenses such as co-payments, deductibles and other out-of-pocket costs can add up quick and become very expensive which is why we created the QuickHealth Urgent Pass Membership.

The QuickHealth Urgent Pass Membership is not insurance, but instead is a unique and valuable health care benefit/option. This would be a great option for those without insurance or those that have a high deductible insurance plan.

With the $49 QuickHealth Urgent Pass Membership, you pay a $10 Pass Pay at time of service and are then eligible for any of our in-house services. You will receive special pricing on any services not listed. This membership provides the same compassionate, quality care and treatment you’ve come to expect at QuickHealth Urgent Care.

Exams: Annual Well Woman Exam - This specific exam covers 18 years and older, Annual Well Male Exam - This specific exam covers 18 years and older, and School Sports Physicals
In-House Labs: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Urinalysis (UA), Rapid Bacterial Vaginosis (Rapid BV), Rapid Pregnancy (Urine), Rapid Strep, Rapid Mononucleosis (Mono), Rapid Trichomonas (Trich), Rapid Influenza, Rapid Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Blood Glucose, and Lipid Panel
Common Illnesses (including but not limited to): Allergies, Cold & Flu, Strep Throat, Pink Eye, Ear Infections, Urinary Tract Infections, Insect Bites & Stings, and Laryngitis
On-Site Injections: Flu, Tdap/TD, B12, and Tuberculosis (TB)
In-House Procedures: Sutures, Staples, Wound Care, Minor Burns, Foreign Body Removal (not including eyes), Wart/Skin Tag/Mole/Lesion Removal, Ear Irrigation, Fingernail/Toenail Treatment, and EKG's
On-Site X-Rays: Fracture and Splint Care (including sprains and strains and over-read by Rapid Rad)
Convenient Access: Open 7 days a week, 7am to 9pm including holidays at our South Location (85th & Louise), and M-F from 7am to 6pm at our East Location (26th & Cleveland)!
